In short
- [01]Attach your Excel or CSV file and ask your question as you would ask a colleague.
- [02]Every figure is calculated in code, not estimated by the model.
- [03]You get a real workbook back, with its formulas, in Excel or in Google Sheets.
Why AI often gets numbers wrong
A language model predicts text. Asked for a sum or an average, it can give a plausible but wrong result, and the risk grows with the size of the table.
Kalyos's Spreadsheet agent splits the work: it reads your file, does the calculations in code, and the model explains. The figures you read are calculated figures.
How to do it, step by step
- 1Open Kalyos and pick the Spreadsheet agent from the composer.
- 2Attach your Excel or CSV file, or paste your table into the conversation.
- 3Ask your question: “Which regions grow the most?”, “Compare 2025 and 2026 month by month”.
- 4Read the answer, then download the workbook in Excel or open it in Google Sheets.
What you can ask it
- 1Analyse an Excel or CSV file
- 2Answer your questions about the figures
- 3Explain and audit formulas
- 4Build a real workbook, with its formulas
Audit a workbook before you send it
The agent spots error values, formulas that differ from their neighbours and numbers typed by hand in the middle of formulas. Useful before sending a file to a client or to management.
And your data?
Your files and conversations are encrypted before they are stored, in Europe, and never train any AI model.
